Textilice makes every effort to offer the courses at a high level.
If you nevertheless want to submit a complaint about the course, teachers or other aspects that reasonably fall within the course offer,

If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you can contact Sofie Hermans: info@sofiehermans.be Sofie Hermans’ judgment is binding for Textilice, any consequences will be handled quickly by Textilice. A complaint will be treated confidentially. The complaint is processed in a file. You have the right to inspect this file. After handling the complaint, this file will be kept for 1 year.
